Ashley Clinic accepts most major health insurance plans. For any questions related to your insurance and coverage, please contact your insurance company (generally, the phone number is on your card).

If you are a new patient to our clinic, please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a form of payment to your appointment. With accurate insurance information, we will gladly bill your insurance following your visit. Any remaining balance will be billed to the patient.

For uninsured patients, a payment of $115.00 will be expected at the time of your office visit. You will be billed after the visit for any remaining balance.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit as a form of payment.
