Karen Hayes, PhD, ARNP, BC, is the primary provider Monday-Friday 8am-12noon and 1pm-5pm. Closed Friday afternoon. Brian Kueser, M.D., sees patients in Yates Center on the first and third Wednesday. Mali Ziglari, ARNP, CDE, BC-ADM, sees patients for Diabetes Counseling on the first Wednesday of every month.
