Turn a Page, Touch a Mind with the Ashley Clinic!!! A Reach Out and Read site

A free book will be given your child, when he or she comes to the Ashley Clinic for a Well Child visit between the ages of 6 months and 5 years.  The books are provided in part by funding by the Kansas Health Foundation, in partnership with the Kansas Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, through the program, Turn a Page, Touch a Mind.  In addition the Ashley Clinic is affiliated with the national program, Reach Out and Read.

Due to many fine book donors,  (we call them our gently used books!) the Ashley Clinic is blessed with many donated books, that children who come for sick visits, or other vistis than well Child visits, may take home.

Sharing a book with a child has been shown to increase the child’s learning skills.  The Ashley Clinic physicians are EXCITED to be offering this program!  Don’t miss any of the 9 books your child could receive for the Well Child visits between 6 months and 5 years!
